64 km / 2864 D + (SOČAULTRA)

It starts at the kayak center in Solkan. From here you continue along the footpath along the River Soča under the railway bridge, followed by the asphalt ascent to Solkan. Through the center of Solkan, the signs lead us past the church and under the Solkan bypass towards hill Škabrijel, where the first refreshment stand awaits us below hill Škabrijel (the drinking fountain). We continue on the right and after 1 km we start the ascent to hill Škabrijel (646 altitude).

We continue along the ridge of hill Škabrijel. Follow the descent to the road Nova Gorica - Lokve (Prevala) and after 300 meters the path at the inn Panorama (refreshment room) crosses the road to the right for Saint mountain. Following the 100-meter asphalt path, we turn onto a mountain / bicycle path towards the cavern, where we put on a headlamp and continue through a 280-meter-long cavern from the First World War (a special feature of our words). Follow the ascent along the mountain path on the north side to the statue of St. Francis and continue along the ridge to the basilica on Mount Athos (refreshment room).

We continue past the basilica and descend the stairs to the macadam parking lot. From there we continue downhill along the asphalt road and after only 200 meters we turn left onto the cycling "downhill" route in the direction of Preški vrh, where the GO3V and GOULTRA routes are located.

From there we continue along the macadam and mountain path past the Vodice memorial to the settlement of Vodice.

Continue along the path of three shrines in the direction of the settlement Baske, about 200 meters before the village turn right on a wide cart track on any terrain in a slight descent about 2 km to Slatna, where you turn left and follow the path along the stream Slatna (about 500 meters). At the cottage we start the climb. After about 3 km of easier ascent, the path leads us to the hamlet of Zabrdo, where the bus station is (snack bar).

Here we join the marked Kalan circular path. The beautifully landscaped path leads us uphill to Gomila (809 altitude) and further below St. Lovrenc (799 altitude) where we continue along the marked paths in the direction of Bate. In front of the Bate settlement, we follow the cart track in the direction of Dragovica, where there is a snack bar at the last house. From here we continue on macadam paths in the direction of the Ravhar farm. Upon arrival past the farm, continue to the left and along the path along the power line at Jelenik (782 m). From Jelenik, follow the marked path in the direction of Kanalski vrh. When you arrive at the connecting path of the three shrines, turn left and return along it in the direction of Baska (refreshment room) and on to the village of Paljevo, from where you descend via Prižnica to Plave, where you cross the Nova Gorica - Kanal road through the pedestrian crossing. Cross the River Soča River on the left side of the sidewalk. Immediately after the bridge, continue left in the direction of Prelesje. After about 200 meters to the left, the picnic area is owned by Soške elektrarne, where there is a snack bar. (Income limit 5.30 pm) Continue through Prelesje and turn right in front of the bike path, where a 3 km easier ascent along macadam roads to the hunting lodges on Sabotin begins. (snack bar)

From there, follow the marked path over the Sabotin ridge (in case of bad weather, the ridge is closed, marked "bypass") to the hut on Sabotin (refreshment room). From the hut we continue along the ridge to the top of Sabotin (609 m) and further along the ridge to the remains of the church of St. Valentina. Here, the entire Sabotin ridge is behind us, followed by a descent that takes us back through Italy back to the bike path, from where we turn right towards the new footbridge across the River Soča River. The finish line of the trail is in front of the footbridge over river Soča.

More demanding sections are rocky (Sabotin), muddy (descent from Hill Škabrijel), slippery (cavern Saint mountain, ridge Sabotin), footbridge over the river Soča.

The number of snack bars: 6 snack bars in 3 water stations + target snack bar.

Time limit:

Plave - 46 km: 10 hours 30 min (17:30)

Goal - 64 km: 13 hours (20.00) The organizer must change the routes enough in case of bad weather in a dangerous relationship for competitors, the organizer will lead the entire race on the "bypass" to Sabotin and thus avoid the Sabotin ridge.
