Go4Trail was born the way all great stories begin – from a shared passion. A passion for running, for nature, and for the feeling of freedom that comes when the trail leads uphill, above everyday paths and routines.
What started as a small idea among like-minded runners has grown into a unique trail running experience that brings together sport, nature, history, and community. Our goal has always been simple: to offer runners more than just a race – to offer an adventure.
We carefully design our courses across the picturesque Sabotin ridge, with breathtaking views of the Soča River, along the forest trails of Škabrijel, and through the historic caverns of Sveta Gora. These landscapes are not only visually stunning, but also deeply rooted in history, carrying stories that add meaning to every step.
By connecting these three iconic peaks, we aim to showcase the full diversity of our home terrain – from rugged climbs and technical descents to panoramic viewpoints and peaceful forest paths. This is the terrain we know, love, and run on ourselves, which is why it naturally became the heart of Go4Trail.
Go4Trail is more than a race. It is a meeting point for runners from different countries, cultures, and backgrounds, united by the same drive: the love of trail running and the desire to explore new paths, challenge limits, and share unforgettable moments in nature.
